Beyond the Rainbow

This Collage/Assemblage represents my connection to the Universe.

It is about the connection of Heaven and Earth; it is about freedom, which I love the most. It also represents my Path of Destiny through KabbalahThe Way of the Rainbow. It links Beauty and Foundation, the Sun and the Moon. It is the road of alchemy, upon which we blend all four elements to create the gold of perfection.

It balances the feminine and masculine archetypes of the universe to transmute the mundane stuff of life into the Gold of creativity and success.

The circle represents the Hebrew letter O Samekh – “Trust” or “closeness.”

It demonstrates the importance of certainty, trusting, that no matter the impediment, failure or disaster it is there for a reason. Eventually these snags will lead to critical spiritual growth. This letter contains the secret of optimism and constructive use of luck and synchronicities. Things change.

It also represents the Mandala of the Asteroid Goddesses. Within the brilliant clear light of the Sun. the silver light of the Moon reflects the ground of lunar energy – the undifferentiated feminine prior to manifestation with her powers of fertilization and transformation. Arising from the center is Venus Aphrodite, core essence of the feminine nature in her manifest form. Through her powers of divine beauty and magnetic desirability as love, she awakens the impulse to life. In her emanation to the North, the feminine appears as Ceres representing her procreative aspects as mother in her propagation and nurturing of the species. In her emanation to the South, the feminine appears as Pallas Athena, representing her creative aspect as daughter giving rise to the mental and artistic progeny. In her emanation to the East, the feminine appears as Vesta representing the self-containment of the feminine nature as Virgin and sister, complete in-one-self, belonging to no man. In her emanation to the West, the feminine appears as Juno, representing the union of the feminine nature with the masculine as consort and wife through the sacred marriage, Conjunction.

In his exploration into human psyche, C. Jung determined that there exist basic unifying symbols, which describe the nature and relationships of archetypal energies. One such symbol is the – Mandala -, the Sanskrit word for “circle”. The key feature of the circle is that it possesses both a circumference and center. The center of innermost point is surrounded by a periphery containing everything that belongs to the self – the paired opposites make up the total personality. The Asteroid Mandala is a visual image that integrates the primary components of the feminine principle of human expression. The feminine principle represented here manifests in both men and women. Feminine is not a synonym for female or woman, but indicates one half of a human polarity – and neither half, masculine or feminine, exists without the other. Both sides exist within both human sexes, while in the past the feminine principle has been expressed primarily by women, due to the present rebalancing of masculine and feminine energies signified by the emergence of asteroids, men are now identifying and expressing their feminine nature.

The foundation or ground of the feminine principle is represented by the potential power of the Moon. In the center the core essence of the feminine nature in active form is depicted by Venus Aphrodite. At the periphery, the paired opposite asteroids Ceres – Pallas – Athena and Vesta – Juno describe the basic differentiated functions of feminine activity. In this manner the Asteroid Mandala illustrates the principle of – wholeness. Each celestial body defines the characteristic relationships between the self in the center and the components of the self on the periphery, thereby creating a unified image of feminine consciousness.

“In their freedom, birds make

Expanding circles in the sky.

How do they learn to be free?

They fall – and by falling

Are given wings to fly.

I hope to spread this message through my art and through this collage in particular.

The present time requirement expressed in Age of Aquarius is that each individual be responsible for the direction of his own spiritual growth and development. In the pursuit of spirituality, ultimately, you are alone, as it is you who must find the way to self-mastery. It is you, the Seeker, who must construct or weave (through self discipline) ~the path~ (ideal) using your linkage to the measure of current evolution.

Treasures of the Sea with a message in a bottle

Having been born under a water sign – Cancer, I have always loved the sea and seashores. When I moved to California from Canada I was glad to be closer to the Ocean. I often go to Malibu beach, just to sit and meditate. It helps me in many ways, whether I may have some issues to resolve or just to be by myself.

This collage made me feel closer to the sea than ever before. It includes many different objects- a real ring, water pearls, seashells, sand (painted) from Malibu beach, a treasure box, framed image of the Goddess of Love and the Sea – Aphrodite and many others. Many ideas are related to the sea. There is a message in the bottle that can be retrieved by the owner of this collage.

“Being inexhaustible, life and nature are a constant stimulus for a creative mind.”

 Hans Hofmann

The present time requirement expressed in Age of Aquarius is that each individual be responsible for the direction of his own spiritual growth and development.

On the Soul level, Venus is the vehicle for emergence of this Love Principle of Life, through the focused will of the Mind of god. Venus functions to turn knowledge into Wisdom. It harmoniously links the lower and the higher mental faculties. This often requires the sacrifice of the power, personality-centered love nature so that the more transpersonal qualities love may bring about an increasingly impersonal orientation to life. Life then becomes more mentally polarized; that is, more perceptive into cause rather than effect, essence rather than form. This should not be confused with a life, which is intellectually centered, as this indicates an emphasis on the lower mental faculties. The latter serve to store knowledge, formulate opinions, and structure logic. Once a person is thus mentally polarized, his perception of reality if freed from the thralldom of the astral-desire nature, and true service may be externalized into the world.

Rhythms of Life

This work reflects my study of numerology, personal soul search and awareness, and soul’s journey on the path of spirituality.

Using signs and symbols enables me to portray my feelings and messages, through my art. It also reflects my meditations on life and my connection to the Source.

In the pursuit of spirituality, ultimately, you are alone, as it is you who must find the way to self-mastery. It is you, the Seeker, who must construct or weave (through self discipline) ~ the path ~ (ideal) using your linkage to the measure of current evolution.

The present time requirements expressed in Age of Aquarius is that each individual be responsible for direction of his own spiritual growth and development.

* To represent the Age of Aquarius I used blue and aqua colors along with the use of real seashells, images of the ocean and the crystal with Scorpio image on it (being one of the water signs with strong inclination towards spirituality).

Male and female are two equal polarities in a constant dance of creativity. The purpose of this interchange is to establish more and more avenues for the expression of the “whole” within these two polarities (and all their manifestations) have their breath and being.

*sed Yin Yang /Tao sign.

The net result of the development of the Atahkarana/Rainbow Bridge is the linking of the three vehicles of the personality with the three of the Soul. In this respect we may say that the ~weaving of the threads~ of the Path (for the Rainbow bridge is the Path) is occupying a great deal of our time and energy now. To become established, this linking requires several kinds of disciplines and experiences.

The connections, which are required, are:

  • The link between the lower mind and the Higher mind.
  • The link between the personal emotional body and the intuition.
  • The link between the personal will and the will of the Higher Self.

*To represent the Rainbow Bridge I used several pieces of Japanese silk fabric, with colors of rainbow, and three (connected) of the same colors to represent the linking between our lower and Higher Selves.

Human body has another physical eye whose function has been long recognized by humanity. It is called the “Third Eye” which in reality is the Pineal Gland. It is long thought to have mystical powers; many consider it the Spiritual Third Eye, our Inner Vision.

It is located in the geometric center of the brain. This correlates to the location of the Great Pyramid in the center of the physical planet.

The Pineal Gland is about the size of a pea, and is in the center of the brain in a tiny cave behind and above the pituitary gland which lies a little behind the root of the nose. It is located directly behind the eyes, attached to the third ventricle.

The true function of this mysterious gland has long been contemplated by philosophers and Spiritual Adepts. Ancient Greeks believed the pineal gland to be our connection to the realms of thought. Descartes called it the Seat of the Soul. This gland is activated by Light, and it controls the various biorhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland, which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process.

When the pineal gland awakens one feels a pressure at the base of the brain. This pressure will often be experiences when connecting to higher frequency. While the physiological function of the pineal gland has been unknown until recent times, mystical traditions and esoteric schools have long known this area in the middle of the brain to be connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds. Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the pineal gland has always been important in initiating supernatural powers. Development of psychic talents has been closely associated with this organ of higher vision.

The Third Eye can see beyond the physical as it looks out through the chakra system when we meditate or look for answers from higher frequencies.

*To represent the Third Eye, I painted it on a sea hell, attaching it to pyramid shape fabric. On the corners of the triangle are: Image of Scorpio on crystal, a red Rose and Yin Yang symbol both are made of clay, painted with acrylics.

Those of us who quest for truth through the alchemy of time and consciousness – are modern- day alchemists. They seek truth and ancient wisdom brought forth in today’s reality through the language of symbols to come manifest into conscious thought. We are going through the alchemy of time and consciousness –as we return to our natural state of light.

We are currently going through a merge on many levels of body, mind and soul. This is linked to the ancient teachings of alchemy as a transformation from one reality to another where one finds ‘eternal life’. The Alchemist is the Wizard – He who helps us transform.

Ancient alchemists searched for the Philosophers Stone and the Water of Life.

Alchemists were often magicians – Mag (net) ics. Through the use of metals that alchemists hoped would duplicate that which was the rods used by the Gods and Goddesses – that which can manipulate the program. It is part of the experiment of our reality. Gold is a metaphor for the alchemy of consciousness though time. Gold is linked with blood – creation – the flow of the continuum.

The Philosopher’s Stone, Gold, the White Stone by the River – are all the same – that which contains the knowledge of creation – a symbol that represents the final outcome of man’s inner transformation, of the conversion of the base metal of his outer character to the golden properties of his Higher Self through the alchemy of time and consciousness.

*I tried to represent this notion with some symbols such as; thick golden threads, wooden stick with golden threads, white seashells, and the rest is left for you to discover.

The Path of the Soul

This collage represents The Lunar Month of August 16, 2004 – September 14, 2004.

Prior to reading and studying this material; The Lunar theme for August 16, 2004 New Moon. I had I dream, where I was playing the piano (which I used to play, when I was younger), but this time I was also printing the music scores of my own symphony that I was creating. Additionally, I had a vision of my face on the Golden Spiral –Spiral of Life, which I incorporated in this collage as well.

As Nick Anthony Fiorenza writes: “Astronomical Myth is a picture language” imagery that articulates the qualities of cosmic intelligence expressing throughout the greater heavens and through our lives. We are not separate from the greater heavens, from the stars and planets around us, or from our beloved Earth, but we are intimate parts of this dynamic, continually unfolding heavenly symphony.”

Planets and constellations from top to bottom are: New Moon, Sun, Venus, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, Pluto, Neptune and Uranus, Cancer, Leo, Libra, Virgo, Aries, Taurus, Aquarius.

Integrating the signs and symbols in this collage represent connection to the greater cosmic energies infusing into the Earth and ourselves; integration of the Intelligence that is responsible for our spiritual awakening, supporting the manifestations of our Devine Destiny. Like a musical score, this celestial enfoldment provides the currents that underlie and guide our participation in life’s greater evolutionary symphony.

“The stars would not be in the heavens if we were meant to walk in darkness.”

is extremely important in the lives of those of us who are undergoing the process of fusion of the Soul and personality. It represents that process which breaks down the sense of selfishness and separates of the lesser ego/personality, so that our little, personal will becomes the Will –to-Good of the realized Soul self. It is a purifying energy, which, in its external mode of expression leads to the disintegration of form so that the Spirit of man may triumph. Pluto is instrument for the development of the Spiritual Will. This comes about through the trials and tests on the Path of Discipleship.

In order for the energies of Uranus to express themselves in a conscious way in a person’s life, he must pass through Saturn’s Door. This means that he has created an integrated personality, linked with the soul force, and is thus a spiritually responsible individual. Once the crossover has been made, the energy of Uranus begins to flood the consciousness and affect the conditions of one’s outer life. Some of the effects of this Uranian transmutation may be outlined as follows: * Heightens the Intuition. Quickens the urge to change the established order. *Stimulates the aspiration to better the human condition. *Fosters the individual activity within the group context.

Neptune is a most mystical and, from the level of the soul, a most beneficial influence in one’s life. Neptune is the expression in the solar system of the –Heart of the spiritual Sun-. It is the planet most closely linked with the work of the Soul. Through Cancer, Neptune may be thought of as the higher octave of the Moon. The latter is the Mother of All Forms, but form is always used in our solar system to express Love/Wisdom, the Soul aspect of the Spirit.

The goal of life on Earth is to become an Initiate, and unfold that aspect of the Christ Consciousness, which dwells within each of us. The form of that expression differs from person to person, relative to the nature of individual dharma and karma, but the –essential – Love/Wisdom of that unfolding consciousness is the same for us all. This is our unifying link. Sagittarius and Capricorn, sign of the initiate, are linked through association of the Earth and Saturn, and provide us with yet another insight into the importance of the experience gained through life on this planet.

Chakras – The Crown chakra is the most important from the perspective of the soul, as it is in its point of –entry and exist-. When the Crown chakra is fully open and operative an individual is said to be awakened to the Soul’s reality, and processes resulting in a Soul-infused personality have been accomplished. Thus the –thread of consciousness- the pathway of the Soul into the personality – is focused in the region of the pineal gland. It is through the line of Will/Power that the Soul is able to regulate physical plane activities through the nervous system and the brain. The thread of life is anchored in the heart, as it is there that the Sun rules in terms of Life of Divinity of our solar system. The life force in the individual is distributed in the physical organism through the circulation of the blood. As the expansion and development of consciousness takes place and the link between the Higher and lower selves occurs, the unfolding of one’s personal evolutionary direction manifests. An individual then finds that there is a definite re-orientation to his or her life direction. This occurs simultaneously with the increased activation of the various chakric centers.

Survival in the material world – root chakra (instinctive intelligence)

Survival of the species through the expression of personal desire –sacral chakra (instinctive sexuality)

Survival through the power of expression of personal emotions – solar plexus chakra (instinctive territorial dominance)

The individual who is soul centering would find the following changes taking place in his/her life:

The values, needs and desires of this lower self would begin to give way to sensing of higher, more inclusive, and less personality focused values, needs and desires.

The center of the personal will, located in the root chakra, becomes magnetized and is –drawn under- the influence of the center of the spiritual will located in the crown chakra. * The energies of the sacral center likewise come under the control of the throat center. The Third Eye (brow center) begins to open and the combination of the energies of the throat and the brow gives rise to a tremendous creative potential. * As the heart center awakens, it draws the energy of the solar plexus to it. This eliminates the tremendous confusion that many have about their ways of living. If the solar plexus is functioning and the heart is closed, one is likely to interpret personal and emotional needs and lust as love. When the heart center has opened and the energies of the solar plexus have become integrated within it, then one becomes the vehicle for the cohesive, healing and uplifting joy which is at Loves core. This Love may also be expressed while making love. When the four centers are opened and one has become soul-centered, the focus of existence moves from survival to life:

Life as expressed through Love – heart chakra ( true Consciousness)

Life as expressed through creative Activity – throat chakra (true Intelligence)

Life as expressed through Perception of Reality – brow chakra (true Spiritual Awakening)

Life as expressed through Identification – crown chakra (true Spiritual Will).

Part of this alchemical experience links with seeing double digits such as 11:11, which trigger this change in our DNA cellular coding. 11 is the double helix – activation of DNA- evolution of consciousness. Ancient alchemists searched for Philosophers Stone and the Water of Life.

Gold

Eventually the

Philosopher’s Stone was thought to signify the force behind the evolution of life and the universal binding power, which unites minds and souls in a human Oneness. Finally, it represented the purity and sanctity of the highest realm of pure thought and altruistic existence. The Philosopher’s Stone, Gold – are all the same – that which contain the knowledge of creation – a symbol that represents the final outcome of man’s inner transformation, of the conversion of the base metal of his outer character to the golden properties of his higher self through the Alchemy of Time and Consciousness.occupies a most important position in our lives and in esoteric astrology. It is Mercury, representing the Mind, which acts as the – illuminating principle – of human life. It is ultimately connected with that function of human intelligence, which separates mankind from animal kingdom. It is Mind, which allows humanity to be a conscious conduit for the down pouring of energies from higher realms (notably from the source of intuition). In this sense, Mercury is truly the – Messenger of the Gods.primary purpose is one of fusion. It is instrumental in blending the lesser dualities of head and heart, mind and love, in order to produce Wisdom. It is the primary focus for the energies of Love/Wisdom, and acts as a vehicle through which the Ray of consciousness may externalize the Devine Plan in our solar system. It therefore works to create the ultimate synthesis in order to exteriorize universal harmony and abundance.– ruler of the desire nature.  Metamorphosis #2

This collage is a continuation of my first collage   Metamorphosis #1 which I gave to my brother Grant as a gift, representing a period of changes in my and his life as well. I did this one on a larger scale. It seemed I would never finish it but one day I knew it was time to complete it.

Included in this collage is a butterfly pin that was given to me by my best friend and another butterfly that was part of a music box is a gift from father.

Assembled on this collage is an Amethyst raw crystal with metal Crab on it.

Amethyst crystal qualities: Promotes spiritual awareness, removes negative feelings, reduces stress and tension, inspires divine love, dissolves negative environmental energies, and rebalances spirit increases intuition. Health benefits: associated with increasing right brain activity and pineal and pituitary function, cleanses the blood, fights acne, neuralgia, and insomnia, balances endocrine system and metabolism, eases headaches and digestive problems.

Metamorphosis: “Our personal metamorphosis happens from the inside out, not from the outside in. To invert from an externalized mind set (arguing belief structures), where we say, “when things change outside of my self than I will change” is to mature into an internal awareness where we take personal responsibility for our spiritual growth and evolutionary experience. It is when we realize we co-create our reality – from the inside out, moment-by-moment. In this internal awareness, we no longer place blame for our misfortune on others or on events occurring in our lives, nor do we wait on blessings to come to pass, for something outside of self to save us. Here we unconditionally embrace our experience, breathe it, integrate it, digest it, and re-express our creative wisdom gained from our integrated experience from a place of inner peace, stillness, and love. This step into the NOW is our opportunity. It is to take responsibility for our evolutionary unfoldment, our spiritual awakening, the return of Christ Consciousness (soul-level awareness) on Earth.”

From The Sacred Geometry of Global Change, by Nick Anthony Fiorenza

Scientific research has shown that the butterfly is the only living being capable of changing entirely its generic structure during the process of transformation: the caterpillar’s DNA is totally different from the butterflies. Thus, it is the symbol of total transformation. Butterfly represents a need for change and greater freedom, and at this time it represents courage: one requires courage to carry out changes necessary in the process of growth. Its Medicine is related to the air and the mental powers. It teaches us to find clarity in the mental process, to organize projects or to figure out the next step in our internal growth. If butterfly is power Animal or if you feel in any way attracted to it, this means you are ready to undergo some kind of transformation. Examine which stage calls your attention the most: the egg is the beginning, the birth of some project or idea. The larva is decision to manifest something in the physical world. The cocoon has to do with “guiding inside”, either through insight or development of project or idea. The breaking of the cocoon deals with sharing the splendor of your creation with the world. Once you understand the stage you are on, you can discover which the next step is.

Additionally, Butterfly signifies romance, joy and freedom. The key is to move with grace in honor of our inner beauty. In the dream world, butterfly reminds us that someone special will soon enter our inner circle and become a positive influence on our spiritual growth. The lesson of butterfly is to slow down and allow this shift of awareness to happen. To see a butterfly land on you indicates that your transformation will be permanent and very soulful.

I hope this collage will bring as much pleasure to you as it has given me while in the making. And, if at any time you will go through your own metamorphosis, it will help you, making the path much brighter, joyful and easier to walk on.

“May our walking on earth be gentle as the union of the butterfly and the flower.”

Wisdom of Sophia

This collage represents the challenges and experiences living through the pentagram The Grand Quintile – # 5 and also #7 The Sacred Hectogram.

The main challenge, I believed and took, is to acknowledge one’s own gifts and abilities, and following the dream, getting out of the comfort of the box (4) and stepping out into the unknown, but with faith in divine guidance into the triangle (3), thus integrating body, mind and spirit, to become free and complete person. Always listening to intuition, this is always guided by one’s higher self. It is not easy, to step into unknown, from the comfort of the cube, but the challenge is to try, to dare. When one takes these risks, there will always be people around, who might laugh, ridicule and judge, because what they see is not of this world, or familiar to them. We need not listen or pay attention to people that try to pull us back to the tribal thinking of ways of life, because we would never be free that way. We need to know our path and walk that path with love and forgiveness in our hearts and souls. Because everybody’s path is different, and one should only follow one’s own dream and life’s journey.

“When tribal justice obstructs our spiritual advancement, we need to free ourselves from its authority over our individual power of choice. This challenge is one of the most difficult with first chakra because it often requires a physical separation from our family or from a group of people to which we have become bonded.” Caroline Myss – Anatomy of the Spirit.

“We heal our hearts with rays of love and forgiveness, appreciating beauty within all things and most of all within ourselves, celebrating our existence by creating our own forms of beauty and illuminated by our soul’s light we become beautiful beings with great love in our hearts.”

With this work I will try to explain all this with teachings of many mystics, alchemists,

Healers, teachers and more, as well as my own insights, poetry and meditations.

“Rainbows are the same every time we look at them. Our perception of them is however different every time we see them and it is ever- changing, according to our mood, feelings and state of mind.”

Nina Gabriel

It represents the journey of a soul through life experiences and challenges. Recognizing one’s own path and challenges it took me through these amazingly colorful roads of seven colors – the colors of the rainbow. This has become the theme of my life as well as for my art, poetry and healing.

In the final analysis it is about human alchemy, going through many transformations, trying to find the key, to our souls. At the same time learning many life lessons that were presented along very arduous path, but still very challenging and interesting one.

It is about making the decision and taking the challenge to look beyond the rainbow, and then crossing the bridge, with total faith in divine, believing in what lies beyond is the “promised land” or an island where all the dreams are possible to manifest and live.

Once awakened and stepped to cross the rainbow bridge there is no turning back, because what’s left behind is no more. Hence the path taken is the most magical one.

“Somewhere ages and ages hence;

Two roads diverges in the wood, and I-

I took the one less traveled by

And that has made all the difference.”

Robert Frost

Aquamarine Butterfly

By Aquamarine waters of my Kingdom,

Surrounded with splendor of treasures of my creations,

In a hard shell of a Crab, I was sitting and contemplating on my Life’s Journey,

One day, as the Golden rays of Sun touched the Earth,

The silky threads of my cocoon passed through my heart,

Thus illuminating my spirit, warming my body and soul.

And as the night sky touched the Earth, by the Silver rays of the Moon I was transformed into a Butterfly,

Keeping the color of my Kingdom of Aquamarine colors,

I spread my wings as far as I could; two Golden threads connected me to Heaven from Earth leading my path.

And as I was transformed into a butterfly and given the wings to fly, and fly I did, as far as I could see.

On my paths I discovered many places and many souls,

Some went along with me, some stayed behind to discover their own paths.

My journey is not over yet, it seems that it has just began, once more,

And this time around I plan to fly even further, spreading my wings far and wide, travel to different lands sharing the splendor of my creations and gifts with the whole world,

Meeting the Souls that are transformed into butterflies as well,

This way we may all spread our Sparkles of Love and Light,

Illuminating the paths for the rest that plan to follow us,

On our Soul’s path of the Life’s Journeys with Love and Light in our hearts.

So you too, if you been transformed into a butterfly as well,

Come and join us on our Flight to Freedom through Love,

Because this way we can all create beautiful Heaven on Earth

And in our hearts were it all began.

Nina Gabriel

It is all about 7: 7 stages of alchemy with 7 metals involved and 4 elements + 3 principles in alchemy as well, 7 ages of man, 7 Charkas, 7 Christian Sacraments- gifts of spirit, the 7 of 3+4 theological virtues and cardinal virtues, 7 levels of Kabbalah on The Tree of Life- 7 pillars of wisdom, 7 colors of the Rainbow, 7 circles of Universe, 7 cosmic stages, 7 stars of the Great Bear, 7days of the week, 7 heavens, 7 hells, 7 wonders of the ancient world, 7 rays of the sun, 7 rays in esoteric astrology, 7 music notes- 7 strings on Lyre, 7 steps of Buddha symbolize the ascent of the 7 cosmic stages transcending time and space, Pythagorean 7 is a cosmic number with 3 of heaven and 4 of the earth/world.

Seven sacred truths of the body and spirit:

  1. All Is One
  2. Honor One Another
  3. Honor Oneself
  4. Love is Divine Power
  5. Surrender Personal Will to Divine Will
  6. Seek Only the Truth
  7. Live in the Present Moment

The Grand Quintile – #5 is of transmutation and transformation, allowing freedom from lower three-dimensional form, from being eternally in cyclic square of time. Five twists from horizontal plane of the temporal world to become a spinning dance. Five is life itself, evolving, growing, to become the flower that life is. Five is quintessence – the nucleus from which the spiral of life unfolds. Five and Phi build and permeate the spiral of life. Phi is seed in all that is alive – from sunflower to the human flower to spinning solar system. Five is a symbol of human microcosm. The number of Human form – the pentagon when arms and legs are out stretched. The pentagon is endless – sharing the symbolism of perfection and power of the cycle. Five is circular number as it produces itself in its last digit when raised to its own power. The pentacle, like the circle symbolizes whole, the quincunx being the number of its center and meeting the point of Heaven, Earth and the four cardinal points plus center point. Five is also representative of Godhead – Central Creator of the four fours plus itself equaling five. Five is the marriage of the Hieros Gamos as combination of feminine and the masculine. Feminine being even, as 2 in frequency and masculine being odd as 3 in frequency = 5. The number five symbolizes meditation, religion and versatility. It represents the five senses (taste, smell, touch, sight, and hearing) everywhere except in the East. In the East there are six – the extra being Mind. We find meaning of five in the five petaled flowers, five pointed leaves – especially the Rose, lily, vine all of which represent the microcosm.

Five progresses from 4, but from 4’s perspective, 5 lies above. Five creates a quincunx, emblem of applied evolutionary creative force, the phoenix rising from the temporal world, or a 4-sided pyramid, emblem of the sentient individual seeking attainment through the initiatory fire in the tides of incarnate life. Five lifts 2’s relationship from its dance of opposites in 4’s perpetual round in the temporal bounds of the lower quaternary world. Five twists from horizontal plane of the temporal world to become a spinning dance. Five lead to Phi, the golden proportion/ratio/relationship. Five and Phi build and permeate, the spiral of life. Phi molds the temporal forces of life into their majestic beauty. Through the Eye of Phi is how we find the way between the spaces, through the forces of polarity in dualistic world of space and time. Phi is unconditional acceptance of all experience, holding no resistance, and passing no judgment, seeing only beauty to become equality but of perfection – the harmonious path (proportion) of love and compassion. Phi is 5 plus Love (1) divided by the relationship of 2; thus Phi is the way, the answer for two – a twin –flamed soul from its cycle of growth in space and time to its destined evolutionary freedom in the Divine Union of 2 spiraled into radiant light.

Five is the middle number, the creative of 1 transforming itself to become 10 – the means to become whole once again. Begetting 10 from 2, 5 makes ascension possible for durative soul from the bounds of temporal 4, from the rounds in the cycle of the incarnate world. Five is the number of incarnate world. Five is the number of incarnate human – the “number of man” – and Phi holds the transcendent secret hidden in human’s heart: the path of compassion, the only way to true freedom. Five embodies 2 and 3. The ratio 3:2 is musical Fifth – revealing that 2, holding sight in perfection of trinity, beyond judgment of 2’s duality; can transcend the tempest of temporal 4. Tree’s assertion “let thine eye be single” is statement to release all judgment of 2’s duality; to see the unity beyond duality. Until this is done, one is trapped 4-ever in reincarnational time. One can do this only as 5, while temporally alive as incarnate wo/man. Five is also the hypotenuse to the 3-4-5 right –angled triangle, and so 5 is solution to what has been before, the way to rise from 4’s temporal time square.

Five corresponds to Fifth Chakra – The Power of Will – embodies the challenges of surrendering our own willpower and spirits to the will of God. From spiritual perspective, our heist goal is the full release of our personal will into the “hands of the Divine.”

Location: The Throat. Color: Blue (see more detailed explanation of charkas for their, locations, meaning and more – under CHAKRAS.

Symbolic/perceptual connection and challenge of Willpower chakra is to progress through the maturation of will: from the tribal perception that everyone and everything around you has authority over you; through the perception that you alone have authority over you; to the final perception, that true authority comes from aligning yourself to God’s Will. The essence of fifth chakra is faith.

The Sacred Heptagon #7 is begotten by none nor begetting any other, is stationary and directionless, and so 7 is ever-present and omniscient. Unique unto itself and aloof, 7 is pinnacle, of high spiritual realm. Both 5 and 7 are un-begotten and therefore sacred. Overseeing and ever embracing, 7 is the complementary transcendent prime of the 5 of man.

Understanding the forces of 5’s initiatory rite, 7, of the king-dome, provides guiding wisdom for 5’s incarnate man, Seven is the capstone to sacred 5, the arisen spirit of incarnate man-the body of light, the gateway for man to return to God.

Seven, is cardinal, sanctified, magic, a blessing, a bestowal, a gift, fortune, luck, serendipity, and fulfillment-all found in the stillness of being. Seven is angelic, of heaven’s music in light, color and sound. Seven links, unites, and entirely transcends spatial form and temporal time. Seven is space less and lives in forever time.

Although 7 is sought, 7 seeks not. Seven embraces all other numbers unconditionally – what was and especially, 7 kisses 8 which always returns to 7’s love. Seven is sanctified, destined, spiritual, 7 is Universal Love. Seven is special, 7 is the crown or sacred number, exalted above all other numbers.

In all cultures, myths and legends seven represents: completeness and totality, macrocosm, perfection, plenty, reintegration, rest, security, safety, synthesis.

Merkaba – Chariot – Mer –rotating fields of light, Ka – spirit and Ba – soul. A merkaba is an activated energy field that exists around every living thing throughout Universe. When the Merkaba is activated around person’s body, he or she is in a place of complete protection, generated by the Love of the Universe. The Merkaba Meditation facilitates deep spiritual growth and activation. It serves to balance all chakras and leads one into whole-brain synchronization.

Third Eye – Human body has another physical eye whose function has been long recognized by humanity. It is called “Third Eye “- which in reality is the Pineal Gland. It is long thought to have mystical powers; many consider the Spiritual Third Eye, our inner Vision. This gland is activated by Light and it controls the various biorhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland, which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and biological clock that determines our aging process. When the pineal gland awakens one feels a pressure at the base of the brain. This pressure will often be experienced when connecting to higher frequency.

To represent the Third Eye – I have painted it on the pink crystal of the beaded Merkaba Yantra on this collage.

The Lunar Month of January/February 2005 A Multiplicity of Creative Opportunity, when we enter a lunar cycle of high inspirational creative vision. The new Moon of January 10, 2005 lies under the auspices of Lyre, Harp of the Angeles.

The Lure – was invented by Hermes, son of Zeus and Maia. Hermes, shown as the winged- footed traveler, was herald of gods; patron of orators, literature, athletics, good fortune, and fertility. The Lyre was originally bestowed with qualities to invoke and communicate the messages of the gods. As the harp of the angelic messengers, its tuning and voice are not merely for pleasure, but specifically to harmonically translate divine information into vibration that supports healing and our evolutionary enfoldment.

Lyre and prominent alignment with Lyre, indicate involvement with the music of the spheres, that is, the use of natural astronomically and resonant harmonics for healing illumination, and for greater evolutionary purpose.

“There is no string in any galaxy capable of producing a better sound than the sound of the song of a human soul.”

Leopard Totem – qualities: associated with lunar energies, Leopard is the power of silence and speaking with power, Leopard observes the situations with clear perceptiveness, Leopard represents keen intuitive abilities, they are masters at navigating any environment gracefully and efficiently leaping over obstacles; this aspect also assists one in grace and fluidity of movement, such as dance… The lesson of Leopard spirit is Self reliance, Keywords are: Perceptive, Balance, Power of Silence, Mystery and Psychic.

Sophia (Sofia) Wisdom- The path on The Tree of Life of Greek Kabala connects Kingdom and Foundation through five letters of Sofia in Greek alphabet. This path is a step in the combined journey of men and women. Power (Turquoise crystal) must be exercised with wisdom or else it kills and destroys.

Sophia is also the heavenly Mother of faith, wisdom and compassion – mother of Zodiac Angels. She is veiled in golden star fire – the essence of life itself, originating from beyond the stars to be born upon Mother Earth through the miracle of procreation.

She is the ultimate symbol of our capacity to realize our full potential. She offers wisdom and self- belief, enabling us to come to terms with our past, overcoming setbacks in order to re-design the divine template of our life with celestial star fire.

Chiron is “the wounded healer”. Chiron is the bridge from the old to the new and is associated with all forms of healing work. Chiron indicates where personal healing is required, it may indicate where the bridge is to be created and crossed. There are five (5) qualities of its own spiritual awareness represented by Chiron: Tolerance, acceptance, understanding, appreciation and is to be able to see situations through love.

Chiron has also been described as the Rainbow Bridge… the link between the Inner and Outer Planets and it is the identification of Chironian issues in ones life that assists with the linking between the Inner and Outer Planets and thus the integration of the Soul and Personality.

In psychological terms, Chiron is the Inner teacher to whom we owe our allegiance. The cluster of astrological ingredients surrounding it may symbolize the tests, disciplines or ordeals which unfold under the tutelage if this inner Teacher, whose path is Life itself, whether or not this includes following a particular spiritual tradition. Major crises of learning experiences can be reflected by any factor in the horoscope, but they are likely to be interpreted and processed in a manner congruent with the Chiron configuration. We also have to remember that Chiron represents the Wound/The Wounder/The healer in our chart. By examining the Chiron configuration, as well as looking into the psychological process and events coinciding with the Chiron cycle in our life, we may be able to assist in the process of healing by trying to get clearer idea of what is happening, and also of the purpose behind the suffering or crisis.

The two Butterflies – included in this collage are called Chiron, but I have colored them with different colors to represent the Heaven and Earth, Above and Below; Blue road of the Spirit and Red road of physical journey on Earth.

The picture of the Rainbow that occurred on February 21, 2005 was taken from my studio, and it also represents the bridge of our transformation and crossing from our lower to higher selves and that day Chiron entered Aquarius.

On the personal level: February 21 is my mother’s birthday. Additionally Chiron on my chart is in Aquarius.

The Rainbow Bridge – Linking personality to Soul – (Esoteric & Spiritual Astrology) – Just as we build our bodies from food substances, in our environment, we build the The Rainbow Bridge from the substances of mental plane or life. This construction becomes an increasingly more conscious process as the life of the Soul unfolds. The net result of the development of Atahkarana/Rainbow Bridge is linking of three vehicles of personality with the three of the Soul. In this respect we may say that the weaving of the thread of the Path (for the Rainbow bridge is the Path) is occupying a great deal of our time and energy now. To become established, this linking requires several kinds of disciplines and experiences. The connections that are required are:

  • The link between the lower mind and the Higher mind.
  • The link between the personal emotional body and intuition.
  • The link between the personal will and the will of the Higher Self.

These necessary contacts will bring three very common areas of crisis and transformation into our lives.

  • A change of diet and attitude toward the physical body, leading to healthier physical vehicle.
  • The transformation of personal desires and the way in which we express our personal, emotional and sexual lives.
  • The training of the mind so that it is receptive to inclusive, philosophical perspectives, whilst breaking its attachment to limiting opinions and opening it to true intuitive perceptions. When these threads are finally constructed, they facilitate the flow of consciousness of life that eventually serves to negate all senses of separateness from essential Oneness and wholeness of Life’s fundamental nature. Once a person senses his or her unity with the Creative Source, several wondrous things occur:
  • There is an absence of the fear of loss, extending from the most petty materialistic concerns to man’s greatest apprehension – that of physical death.
  • That is created through the brain consciousness of a person, impressions coming from the higher realms. The latter leads a definition of personal belonging extending into the Universe. Such contact with these Lives supernal gives the conscious inner guidance and direction for which we so yearn.
  • Identification occurs between oneself and the Universal Source so that one realizes in ever increasing and expansive ways that he is the co-creator of his life and destiny. This is the most important realization to make, as it allows a person the freedom to move and releases him from an attachment to the biological karma of absolute pre-destination. A sense of inner freedom is achieved when the personal will is aligned to the Will of the Creative Source. The Path of the Soul alignment is the process through which such a co-creation of personal destiny may be achieved.

The Antahkarana/Rainbow Bridge is that thread of consciousness which, through the Law of Attraction/the Law of Love in Action, reveals the interconnectedness and unity of all Life. This is why we seek to thread the path that we may consciously recognize our unity with it. Such has been the Path of the Mystic, developed student, and the Seeker throughout the Ages. It is different now, except through the forms that this Path takes daily life in this century.

Chakras – The Crown chakra is the most important from perspective of the Soul, as it is in its point of entry and exit. When the crown chakra is fully open and operative an individual is said to be awakened to the Soul’s reality, and those processes resulting in a Soul-infused personality have been accomplished. Thus the thread of consciousness the pathway of the Soul into personality is focused in the region of pineal gland. It is through the Ray line of Will/Power that the Soul is able to regulate physical plane activities through the nervous system and the brain. The thread of life is anchored in the heart, as it is there that the Sun rules in terms of the Second Ray – Life of the Divinity of our solar system. The life force of the individual is distributed in the physical organism through the circulation of the blood. From perspective of the Rays, this corresponds to the Ray line of Love/Wisdom. As the expansion and development of consciousness takes place and the link between the higher and lower selves occurs, the unfolding of one’s personal evolutionary direction manifests. An individual then finds that there is a definite re-orientation to his or her life direction. This occurs simultaneously with increased activation of various Chakric centers.

Chakra: #1 Red – Base – Kundalini – Root Chakra. Located at the base of the spine. Contains the primary 8 cells that have all the knowledge of creation and remain the only cells in your body that do not change in your lifetime. It grounds the physical world.

#2 Orange – Spleen – Located just beneath the navel, related to our sexual and reproductive capacity.

#3 Yellow – Solar Plexus – Seat of Emotions. Gives us sense of personal power in the world.

#4 Green – Heart Chakra – Love, compassion, universal Love.

#5 Blue – Throat – Tied to creativity and communication.

#6 – Indigo – Third Eye – Pineal Gland – Is a physical eye with the capability of looking upward. (More on third eye read above)

#7 Purple – Crown – connects you with message from higher realms. (More on Crown Chakra read above).

Topaz Crystal heart having Air & Fire elements represent the path of the men and women through love, wisdom and power. Qualities of the stone: helps tap your inner psyche for knowledge, helps spiritual development, and connects one to inner wisdom. It also encourages healing that releases tension, encourages generosity, and aids forgiveness and recharges the spirit.

The Flight of Phoenix. The Phoenix is the bird which is self begotten and self-created. It represents Illumination and Enlightment of the Soul of men. It is the symbol of the search for men’s understanding of who and what he is and his place in life and the universe. Its flight represents the ending of the journey (spiritual journey), an ending that has no ending. He plunges into himself and into the burning nest, which is himself, and into the branches of the Tree which are more than infinity and yet are himself. He is that which is formed within its own shell, which continually hatches that which lays it, and continually incubates itself within itself. He is Phoenix in its ultimate self-begotten, continuously reborn in fires of its own destruction, continuously creating past, present and future. He is The Mystery of Mysteries, The Phoenix and far more. Phoenix completes the process of soul development.

The Swan, the power of Swan lies in accepting the gift of change. As the Swan submits to higher plan of the Great Spirit, it evolves from the “ugly duckling” in its youth to a graceful adult Swan since it is willing to accept this gift, it is allowed to see into dreams. The Swan teaches to bring consciousness into balance with all levels of being and develop ones intuition. Swan also represents: grace, dignity, metamorphosis, transformation, completion, and swan song. In one of familiar of Greek myths, the mighty Zeus disguises himself as a Swan in order to seduce the Goddess Leda. The result of their passion is the World Egg (see the world egg attached to the Phoenix on my collage).

White Elephant teaches ancient wisdom, power; it represents royalty, strength, patience, endurance, confidence and compassion.

Peacocks feathers – the eyes on Peacock feathers represent their ability to see into the past, present and the future and can teach us how to awaken clairvoyant gifts. Peacocks feathers are believed to have protective powers. Peacock reminds us to see beauty in all aspects of life.

AnkhSymbol of eternal life, power, fertility and the force of regeneration and rebirth.

Yin Yang – Feminine Masculine- Earth Water – Integration of two energies in the cycle of life.

Blue Lace – Agate of Aquarius – represents the return to higher frequency of light energy which vibrates faster and brings consciousness to higher level of awareness.

The present time requirement expressed in Age of Aquarius is that each individual be responsible for the direction of his own spiritual growth and development.

Male/Female are two equal polarities in constant dance of creativity. The purpose of this interchange is to establish more avenues for the expression of that “whole” within which these two polarities (and all their manifestations) have their breath and being. The focus of this dance is synthesis resulting from a conscious fusion of various parts of this whole. There are the Laws and Principles of the New Age of Aquarius being also shared with the Ancient Wisdom which now being revealed in more and more books as the rate of awareness is increasing in individuals and groups… and we continue to learn and grow on our individual soul Journeys… at each stage increasing our own sense of” awareness of self” and the greater pattern which is emerging. Law of Right Human relations/The Principle of Good Will/The Law of Group Endeavor/The Principle of Unanimity/The Law of Spiritual Approach/Principle of Essential Divinity.

Those of us who quest for truth through the alchemy of Time and Consciousness – are modern day alchemists. They seek truth and ancient wisdom brought forth in today’s reality through the language of symbols come manifest into conscious thought. We are going though the alchemy of time and consciousness – as we return to our natural state of light. We are currently going through a merge on many levels body, mind and soul. This linked to the ancient teachings of alchemy as transformation from one reality to another where one finds ‘eternal life’. The Alchemist is The Wizard – He who helps as transform (more on this topic read my own meditation on The Alchemy of human transformation through spiritual journey).

Gold is a metaphor for the alchemy of consciousness through time. Gold is linked with blood – creation – the flow of continuum. Gold – a symbol that represents the final outcome of man’s inner transformation, of the conversion of the base metals of his outer character to the golden properties of his higher self through the alchemy of time and consciousness.

“The Ones that have understood their calling and meaning of infinity shall live a life of happiness going through conscious transformation through their thoughts and creating their infinity.”

Coincidently, five years later after making of this collage “Wisdom of Sophia” it is New Moon in Aquarius now as well and here is what Lunar Planner has to say:

The February 13-14, 2014 Lunar Planner is Now Available

The Lunar Month of
February 14, 2010 – March 15, 2010

Dreams & Visions
Our Bridge into the Future

Lunar Planner Synopsis

This New Moon conjoins Neptune and the Centaur Chiron exactly on the cusp of sidereal Aquarius. The cuspal stars of sidereal Aquarius along with Chiron and Neptune set the theme of this lunar month. Sadr of Cygnus, the heart of the Swan, marks the Aquarian cusp along with the beautiful Lacework Nebula, which lies upon the wing of the Cygnus. This marks the start of the revolutionary, visionary and humanitarian facet of the zodiak. Chiron and Neptune have been conjoining for several months, and now, in this lunar cycle, they will begin their new ~85-year (synodic) cycle, with the same theme as this lunar cycle’s. The Chiron-Neptune synthesis, in part, inspires us to create entirely new revolutionary and visionary alternatives to cross the vast abyss we may currently face in our lives–to create a new world paradigm.

Juno, the asteroid of covenant relations and mutual equality, begins a new ~4.4-year (synodic) cycle with Sedna, a recently discovered and distant minor planet. This occurs on the New Moon as well. Sedna embodies the essence of the feminine principle’s long-standing suppression into the depths of collective consciousness, and our need for the feminine essence to re-emerge as an equal and active participant in the global arena. The stars in late sidereal Aries define the theme of this cycle–an energetically eruptive area of the zodiak, but also of a regenerative nature, where we build momentum for a new expression, one that must emerge.

Mercury plays a catalytic role in this lunar cycle as it triggers new shorter-term cycles with several planets, including Pluto, the Centaur Nessus, Chiron and Neptune, Jupiter and Uranus. Mercury’s role in this lunar cycle, stimulates movement in the logistical aspects of our lives; and especially stimulates the new Chiron-Neptune theme.

Venus and Uranus also begin a new 227-day synodic cycle on the cusp of the wet, sensual, emotional, psychic and amorphous world of sidereal Pisces, the first of many Venus-Uranus synods to occur in sidereal Pisces, and on the stimulus to action First Quarter Moon. In general, Venus and Uranus inspire new explorations and expressions of the heart, and in relationships; and also new ways for creating richness in our lives.

A Jupiter-Sun Full Moon produces revelations about the current Earth-Jupiter cycle that began on August 14, 2009 in a fortuitous area of late sidereal Capricorn–defined by the star Nashira of Capricorn, and the stars of Delphinus and Guis. The Full Moon itself occurs in mid-sidereal Leo; while Jupiter (and the Sun) reside in mid-sidereal Aquarius, the angel point of the zodiak, as Jupiter makes its way from its recent conjunction with Chiron and Neptune, to prominently conjoin Uranus, which begins in early June and will continue into early 2011.

Most significantly, Mars completes its retrograde in this lunar cycle, on March 10, which brings an end to what may have seemed like a sluggish past three-month period. This marks the full commencement of the new and significant 780-day Earth-Mars synodic cycle, defined by the stars of mid-sidereal Cancer. This new Mars cycle inspires assertive and expansive creative action to help us emerge from the behavioral patterns and antiquated beliefs of the past that keep us buried in darkness or delusion. It inspires us to have the tenacity to overcome and to emerge into a new light of being. This Earth-Mars cycle will continue through March 3, 2012, into our next Mars retrograde.

These are just a few of many events occurring in this lunar cycle. The Monthly Lunar Planner explores the details of these events and more, based in star-level astronomical astrology and synodic astrology.
